With much excitement and waiting I started my first Custom PC build for a friend of mine. The process is very easy for the customer, there is an information form on my Website which asks most of the details about your requirements, and expectations.
There is a section where you can list specifics or options which you might want, or even what type of growth or needs you want to have in the future. From this I start the process with putting together a list of components which meet your specifications or make suggestions which might be more efficient or cost effective based on your needs.
Once you accept the design components I can give you a good idea of your final cost based on installation setup fees, whether software is installed, and if shipping is involved.
Upon approval the parts are ordered, in the future I plan to have local stock on hand based on usage and demand. When the parts are received I will complete the install, setup, and testing of all components.
With Testing completed you will either have your unit shipped, or if local delivered to you. I will supply all the component documents, drivers, etc. along with you final invoice. All of my PCs will have a 1 year guarantee regardless of individual manufacturer warranty periods, and in the future will offer extended services for a low fee.
SO in the future ask your self if you should have gOta-Batty PC?
